"I thought the weekend was great. I am now more familiar with scanning my body during the day and being aware of any area that may need some attention. The added benefit is that I'm also present and not caught in any story while I'm scanning my body. A couple of days after the weekend I was going into a situation where I normally feel quite anxious. This time I noticed the anxiety arising in my stomach and I immediately embraced and went into the 'anxiety' rather than instinctively shying away from it. The anxiety dissolved!" Tracy
